Help with the princess

i have all the NPC but i haven't had the princess spawn in any idea i have tax collector i have party girl and i just got the cyborg

List every npc that you have.
According to the Wiki you need every npc except for the Princess and Santa Claus to move in before she does.

So in essence you need at least 23 houses occupied with 1 extra not including Santa.

i have the Guide , Merchant , Nurse , Demolitionist , Dryad , arms dealer , clother , Mechanic , Tinkerer , wizard , Truffle , steampunker , Dye trader , Party Girl, cyborg , painter , witch doctor , pirate , angler , tax collector , tavernkeep , golfer , zoologist and i have one empty room the that is acceptable

You're missing the stylist.

Seems I miscounted but stealthXG is right that you are missing the Stylist.
Go find a spider den then wait till the spiders capture her & leave her webbed-up in their den.
