I caught absolutely all the fish except this one, this is a bug

then find a way to replicate it... I've never had trouble catching it in a clean sky lake, so maybe give us better proof than "I can't catch it" first.

Sometimes, sky lakes aren't that high and negates some fishes to appear. You should try making a platform around 30 blocks higher and fishing from there.

Post a screenshot showing the lake and how high off the ground you are, otherwise I'm calling bad RNG.

bro, just go to the top of the world, place block, make fishing lake, and fish. make sure you hear the 'space music' while fishing, otherwise it isn't the correct place to fish for the angel fis.
