Slow download of ♥♥♥♥

This is a very annoying thing.
I install "GTA 5" in the morning with my max peak of 12mb/s, then I install this ♥♥♥♥ and it downloads down to 500kb/s, I try installing another game called "Lost Ark" and the download speed is 12mb/s, I'm back to put the Minecraft 2D and 500KB/s and a little less.
Tried tmodloader and it was down in a sec, is this a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Steam or Minecraft 2 bug?

Trick: Install Fallout 4 and when I get to 12 mb/s I quickly put Terraria and that's it.

There is no Minecraft 2.......
As for your connection thats on you. Its not a bug when your speeds suck ass. Most likely your bandwidth is being maxed out which is bad.

Everyone says that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, in another post with the same problem it's the same lol, my connection is not ♥♥♥♥, the problem is Steam or the game, as I said before, I changed the game and went to the maximum, put terraria and downloaded in a few 70kb of ♥♥♥♥.
Anyway I solved it with the trick above.

I solved it putting another game to download, then I changed it to Terraria and that's it, the crap was installed in 1min, as I said before, it's not my internet.
