I kinda' lost track of HERO, only really watched his content when I started off in 1.1. I don't imagine there's any *good* reason he would private his videos. Based on the thread you've linked, he ticks all the boxes for pathological liar and self-absorbed narcissist. I'm just not convinced that he "used" to be a great guy if this is where he's at now. He had the attention he wanted back then, once that's threatened he goes into self-preservation mode. Good guy or not, I can't exactly blame him for wiping the channel. His reputation is tainted, better to be forgotten if he can't rebuild from there.

As mentioned in some of the threads he linked, most of his content was "wiki" content. He had a lot of item reviews and the sort and tutorials. That was mostly what I knew about him though, and I had long since forgotten about him when the 1.3 livestream drama came around.

This "HERO" guy, from what I understood, went mad and left in the early days of 1.3, which was a fair while ago, so there was a span of years where it would've made sense to fanboy about him, but it's 2022 now, and this is old news. This guy isn't upset lol, nor fanboying, he's simply curious as to what happened. Are we not allowed to ask questions anymore????

Also, if nobody cared, this thread would have way less replies than the 13 it has now. Why do you always get so heated when all somebody does is make a harmless forum post?
