Can't craft Band of Starpower at Tinker's workshop in Ecto mist

I have the Panic necklace and Mana crystal and I'm in a graveyard with Ecto mist at a Tinker's Workshop. I've been making Boulder Statues which also require Tinker's Workshop in Ecto mist, so that's not the issue.

In a Crimson world and on a PC.

I've never had to ask a question before, so I hope someone has a answer.

Are you checking your available recipes carefully, I know that sounds pretty obvious but I can't tell you how many times I've personally overlooked something that was staring me in the face.

Thanks for the reply! I've tried crafting it many times, each time ensuring that I have the exact items. I was just hoping that maybe when I made it to Hardmode it would resolve itself. But it didn't. I'm at a loss.

Boulder statues are crafted at a Heavy Work Bench. Sounds like you got the two crafting stations confused. Tinkerer's Workshops are brought from the Goblin Tinkerer for 10 gold.
