Terraria wont launch or uninstall it

So my terraria wont launch, very strange thing happened I have never seen before.

So basically Steam says terraria is installed (well its not)
When I launch it nothing happens, when I try to uninstall it nothing happens, I cant verify integrity files, because when I click on local files it says:
(Error Referenace: Library_7267957-b439183b5932428e cannot read property "StrUserLabel" of undefined)
When i checked on steam apps it doesnt exist, I have also tryed to uninstall via system settings, still it doesnt exist on my pc, but steam says its installed.

I'm having a similar problem. When i try to verify local files it says " 1 files failed to validate and will be re-acquired" I've uninstalled it and reinstalled, updated everything i could, and got rid of any mods but it still doesn't work.

Yep, same thing happened to my cousin also, so all we did was just restarting pc several times and it fixed it.

This worked for me too, I tried to uninstall it but it still said that it was still installed and I couldn't play the game either. After I restarted my pc I checked and terraria was uninstalled.

if people are still stuck on this i can help you just have to get out of your account and get back in than it should show that it is uninstalled or if that doesn't work uninstall steam and reinstall it if this two thing doesn't work that i don't know what else
