Granite/Marble Caves and Plantera

Are these mini-biomes safe to fight Plantera in? Or will she enrage like she's no longer in the jungle? I'm farming her, but I am avoiding bulbs near these two spots (and Lihzard Temple) because I don't want her murdering me in-game right now.

As for the question, to my knoweldge she Plantera Enrages any time she leaves the Underground Jungle. The Marble Biome, I can say for certain, is safe still, since I fought Plantera there on one of my playthroughs and she did not enrage. The Temple, I would say she would enrage, considering there is a music transition. For the granite, no definitive answer, but since it's a mini biome, like the Marble Biome, I would say she would not enrage there.

In my experience it does enrage Plantera. Me and my friends were fighting it awhile back, had a granite cave above our arena. After many attempts we finally killed the damn thing. We moved our arena somewhere else and suddenly it became farmable.

The Temple, I would say she would enrage, considering there is a music transition.


You can fight plantera in the temple i find it a good arena to fight her in as it can be used as a golem farm and a plantera farm

I'd really love it if the RNGods would favor me for a bit and spam the Power Cell drops. Daddy D needs himself a Picksaw! I guess I'll just have to be careful near the Temple.

The Lihzahrd Bricks can even be used to create Jungle biomes.

Screenshot doesn't say anything, as there isn't a difference in her appearance when she enrages

Anywhere that counts as a mini-biome / biome will mean no jungle (Unless if it's a Shrine or Temple) = Enraged Plantera.

She's very strict with spawning conditions. If you have the guts, you can make a big hole and lure her up to the surface and fight her on a skybridge, or clear out half the jungle and most likely make artificial pockets of it.

She's only got one projectile fired. She shoots a lot when enraged.

Also, mini-biomes will not count unless there is enough jungle blocks still close by. If the mini-biome is a pretty big one and you have few jungle blocks around then it won't count.
