where are those crawdads/giant shellies?

hey guys so im trying to find giant shellies or at least crawdads since im playing the calamity mod and need some drops from them..

could you guys tell me where exactly i should look for them? and when? (post skeletron or whatever :-) )

well, thanks for that quick response, but when do they spawn? im already farming a freshly made world for about half an hour but got not a single crawdad/shelly ._.

got no luck with this either.. actively farmed for about an hour and didnt even saw a single crawdad T_T

yeah i already looked it up :-) but its a pain in the butt to find the bone serpents ._.
