Report a translation problem
It does require for things to be on the screen however since it cant hit anything off screen like certain other ranged melees.
And is limited by your screen resolution too.
(just kidding btw)
Or multipile monitors like some maniacs tried xD and it worked casting Zenith across the map.

So yea it's perfectly possible to have "infinite" range on this thing however i haven't found someone crazy enough to do it with more than 3 monitors lol.
However i am pretty sure you can easily cover entire small world with 3 high res monitors + Mappy's method.
