The Brian of Cthulhu

So. It's been a long time since I played this and there's been many updates. I rediscovered the game again and found something strange. I called it the "Blood Biome" but later found out it was the Crimson Biome. And I also found out it replaced the Corruption Biome. And instead of the Eater of Worlds it's a new boss called The Brian of Cthulhu. I have no idea how to summon it. Help?

That's news to me. I know the Brain of Cthulhu, but the Brian of Cthulhu, I never heard of.

You spawn the Brain of Cthulhu by smashing Crimson Hearts down the Crimson chasms.

Crimson, as you could already guess, is a "recolor" of corruption with some changes, like items. So, in general, ways of summoning the brain are still the same. Kill spheres (hearts) or use bloody spine.

The others have already told you what you needed but I do have some information you may like to know, the corruption does in fact still exist but it is a 50% chance to get it. The other 50% as you may guess is the crimson.

Also when you fight the Brain of Chthulhu I reccomend you get a good AoE weapon. Grenades work well if and only if you are good at throwing them and not getting hit by the blast. Spears also work well but at that point in the game you have at best the one you get from those hearts so there is a chance you won't get it. Then there is another cloud magic weapon you can get and put up pre-battle to help a bit. If you smash a heart like the glowy orbs in the corruption you can get a meteor to spawn. If you get that to happen space armor and a spacegun work well.

I could tell you more but I don't want to spoil the fight for you so I'll leave you at what some good weapons for it are.

Its not a 50% chance to get corruption/crimson though..

Its a 3/10 for each, and if a biome isnt chosen, its reduced to 2/5, and if one isnt chosen, its reduced to 1/3 and if one isnt chosen, its reduced to 1/2. and if one isnt chosen, corruption is auto chosen.
