How do i get back my old characters and worlds

I recently resetted my pc (fully) thinking i would not lose them (it was personal issues abt win 11) now i need help getting them back anyone knows how?

If you don't have any sort of backups on any other media then you're completely out of luck.

Not by default, if you had cloud save enabled you should still have them.

You press the cloud button ingame below the character/map name.

Yeah, you can also copy and paste the files/folders in another location like a flash drive or other external storage for a safe backup.

Also I don't recommend having cloud save enabled while you are using a specific world and character since you can lose them to file corruption if you suddenly lose power or the game crashes.
