Final Update?
Does anybody know if the game is finally complete? Because I want to start a new fresh world but when a update comes out, new content ruin my gameplay and I have to start again to test the new content and it's driving me crazy. Developers always says no more, this is the final, but I'm scared to have 500 Hours and Boom! a lot of new content for Pre-Hardmode and Hardmode. I've read a lot in reddit and everytime people ask if Journey's End was the last update, they say Maybe? Obviously Yes? Of Course? PD: I'm in love with this game.

Yes that was the final update. Any updates from now would be minor ones like, bug fixes, and the new seed they added! No more big content updates are coming to the game.

The recently released 10th anniversary update is the final one. (I think.)
From now on updates will be small things like bug fixes and such.

1.4 was the last major change to the game. There may be minor patches to fix stuff but nothing will change from now on game wise.
