jungle in FTW are totally randomised, it can cover your whole world or not exist at all. it's size is also random, as well as it's placement(you got a chance to spawn at jungle...)
Assuming the wiki is correct you have to dig for the jungle. I would go down to where lava normally starts and dig sideways with some mining buffs, eg mining armor and potion. That should find you the jungle.
