Is there a reliable way to make fishing biomes?

I have the time to get the achievments but it's just a huge hassle trying to get to the biomes. Is there a reliable way to do this?

You just need (at best) 300 blocks of water surrounded by blocks of the biome you want to fish out of. A 15x20 space of water (or honey, or lava) does the trick. After that you just need the correct altitude (sky, underground, etc.) and block materials to create the biomes. One space saving trick to keep in mind is the fishing altitude is based off where you are standing, not the pools of water. If you build in the right spot you can hit the Sky and Surface, or Surface and Underground areas by moving a couple blocks and fishing from a new spot.

You can access Crimson corupption hallow jungle ice dessert mushroom forest for surface and underground fish all from the same room

this makes it much less tedious to get to get the fish for most of the quests

For other biomes that cannot be made artifically you can set up a teleportation system or a railway for easier access

no, it's just that four posts in a row is kinda unnecessary when you can just compress it all into one post with four sentences

Make a railway or put your residents in snow,forest,desert,ocean,underground, (hallow if you beat WoF) and make them happy there. Put always 2 per biom. Then buy their pylons and you don´t have to run around that much.

in the case that you don't feel like building biomes, bear in mind that you can dig your ponds out near pylons, if you've set up a pylon system
