What's your preferred class for Calamity?

I may be playing that absolute calamity of a mod sooner or later, and I'm just curious which classes you fine fellows prefer using for it.

melee is probably the best class, highest defense and most late game melee weapons are just mage weapons but without the mana problem

Yeah, melee is more like """"melee"""" with how the lategame weapons are just projectile spam.
Also how's Summoner? Considering it for some odd reason.

I like summoner because it gives a fun challenge that gets easier over time, or rogue which is great in general.

summoner early game is garbage, as usual, but after you get past the early game, it gets pretty good, for example, i played through calamity as every class on death mode, and summoner was the only class i beat wof on my first try, so make of that what you will
