Power Menu? Research?

Well for some reason I don't see a obvious power menu that is supposed to be there. Yes there is no power menu below the inventory so am I doing something wrong since I am new to the game?

Only available in Journey difficulty.

Did you create your character on Journey? Because it's the only mode it works. Else you can't alter those things

So how do i research stuff in classic? don't see any research table or anything similar.

Make a new world and character, set the difficulty to Journey if that's what you're after.

Research is for Journey mode where you basically save an item so you can spawn in as many as you want whenever you want witout any sort of limit. ¨
Stack of 99 wood? Go ahead.
A full stack of Iron Bars? Sure
Health potions? Why not, you've researched them after all.

There is actually no research involed. They should've called it "Storage" or something.

You can still Craft, that icon should be there and is basically when you take 1 or more items, consume it to create something new. You can find the recipes by visiting the guide with a material or go online to the wiki.
Some recipes require certain work stations such as a workbench, forge or anvil.

What did you think this game is lol. Just search for items around the world and craft new stuff. The guide will tell you some recipes with the materials you have
