can't get Hallowed Key

Yesterday i have a 3,5 hours fight agains hallowed creeps and get 0 keys. Is this a bug or i done something wrong?

if your trying to find a hallowed key for a mimic then you need to get 15 souls of light

and craft it

i have a few and its um a bug i think are you in hardmode if so are you in expert

no, i try find it for dungeon chest to complete achievement =)

Biome keys have an extremely low drop rate. You can up your odds by farming King Slime or an invasion event in the respective biome.

expert mode increases the drop rate of rare items significantly.

did you get a Rod of Discord yet? because farming it can get you dozens of keys if you're (un)lucky, since you have to keep moving for the chaos elementals to spawn and many other creeps will also join the party.

you can also summon a solar eclipse or blood moon to increase spawn rates, along with the battle potion and water candle. also, what the person above said. though I think king slime was patched. there's queen slime, though. garden gnomes and hallowed torches may help too.
