Need help with new achievements
Don't Dread on Me
Quiet Neighborhood
Hero of Etheria
Heliophobia
Leading Landlord
Feeling Petty
Hey! Listen!
Dead Men Tell No Tales.
These new achievements that just got out, how do I do them? Any help is appriciated!

Leading Landlord - wait for princess to move in and talk to her.
Dead Men Tell No Tales - open dead man's chest and then die (rig traps if needed).
Quiet Neighborhood - create or visit a graveyard.

I tried but didn't get it... I had that crystal and stuff and i've beaten 7th wave and nothing. It says I defeated army but didn't get achievement.

You need all Npcs and Town pets in your world

Hero of Etheria - (defeat Old One's Army), did you try it on Journey mode? I've just gotten the achievement on Classic.

Idk I think it's normal mode or smt, i haven't play neither on hardest on easiest difficulty.

Well I got it on Expert (world), Classic (character). Maybe it's a difficulty setting thing.

No, but I did talk to the Party Girl during a party about that time.

I used the party center in a normal day and got the achievement
