Why aren't chaos elementals spawning in this farm?

I made a farm based off of happy days underground farm, but it wont spawn chaos elementals. Is there a reason for this or does this kind of farm not work for chaos elementals?

chaos elementals won't spawn if you're standing still. Jumping counts as movement, so just equip a frog leg and keep your spacebar held down with a heavy object

can anyone help me even though im 5 years late chaos elementals still aren't spawning even though i did all of these

They only spawn on pearlstone, pearlsand and pink Ice blocks

not really they spawn in my farm very close to the hallow cavern in the shrromland
