Cant play terraria offline

Steam keeps trying to connect online when i click go offline, i dont have internet,

so i tried changing wantsofflinemode and the other thing, but it just kicked me out of steam for no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason and now i cant even play terraria at all thanks to this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥


Edit: decided to wait till i have internet so i can play modded again

1) The game works just fine without internet since it only uses it to backup saves/worlds

2) No, i personally wont help you and no one most likely will if you:
A) Demand help and
B) Don't even wait for anyone to look up or see if there is an answer. No one is obligated to work at your leisure.

I found out Steam has limited offline due to DRM, only have 2 offline days so i instead looked for another solution.

No it doesnt, i tried, Steam said it failed to connect to network when i clicked restart in offline mode
