Why is Razorpine>Leaf blower?

So I just made it to pre-plantera stage with my new witch and was wondering this because stat wise (wki) they seem samey, the only difference is that leaf blower takes 1 les mana per shot so... What am I missing here?

The leaf blower is considered to be worse than the razorpine. This is because the razorpine fires (somewhere around) 12 shots per second and the leaf blower fires about 5.

But afaik the lower the use time, the greater the speed of the weapon. And so:
