How do I "factory reset" my Terraria files and stuff?
So, let's say my computer got all messed up and I needed to factory reset it/buy a new one, then, I'd had to Install Terraria and tModLoader again, all of my worlds and characters would be gone (not if I saved them on Cloud of course) and all of the folders are now completely intact and back to normal. How can I do that without having to buy a new computer or factory reset this one?

If you want to completely delete Terraria and tModLoader off your computer:
1) Uninstall tModLoader through Steam.
2) Uninstall Terraria through Steam.
3) Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folders for Terraria and tModLoader if they're still there.
4) Go to Documents\My Games and delete the Terraria folder.

Step 4 will delete all of your saves and saved data not on the cloud: Players, worlds, settings, config options, screenshots taken with Camera Mode, texture packs, mods, mod source code, etc. If you skip Step 4, then your saves will be untouched.
If you want to delete your data on the cloud, make sure to take the players/worlds off of the cloud before you delete the folder. Alternatively, just delete them from within Terraria.

If you additionally want to delete all of your Steam screenshots for Terraria (the ones you take with F12), them you need to delete the folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<ID>\760\remote\105600

If I do that, I won't have to buy Terraria again right?

Nope. Terraria will still be on your Steam account, so you can redownload it for free.
