Is this a virus?
Edit: oh wait its a website not a downloadble thing sorry :D
The squares on top are your inventory and the squares on bottom are the program, so when you find your item you just drag it into your inventory (or click to grab, click to drop). Once you have your items, on the right click "Edit" and from there you can click on any item in your inventory and change the stack quantity, add prefix to your item i.e. Menacing or whatever (be aware you can add any prefix to any item even if the item doesn't drop with that prefix, including armor, so even though this won't hurt your game, I would still look up which prefixes your items can have on the wiki or whatever so it isn't obviously cheated - or just use the one you previously had)...so on and so forth. You can also pick the prefix from the selections under the word Prefix.
Also note your equipment you actually have equipped are in the "Equips" tab at the top.
Once you're done, click "Save Player" and save it/overwrite your character, and play the game. You can always back up your character before any of this if you don't trust it.
Builder's Workshop map (google it) is also a good option, but none of the weapons or accessories in there have prefixes. It's a great place to get basically everything but equipment though (I use it for base builds for fun, since it has basically every mat) - just be aware it will also spoil a LOT of the game unless you can resist abusing it. Same goes for the website inventory editor, obviously.
