Desert Spirits WHERE?!

I'm trying to get the lamp so I'm looking to farm some of them, but I can't find any. Wiki says corrupted desert biome, but my "corrupted desert" is very small. I even built an area in the sky out of ebonsand, and all I get are mummies and corruptors. Any suggestions?

Have you tried The Underground desert?
You also may need a Sandstorm.

You also may need a Sandstorm.

You do not need a Sandstorm, though it helps. They are also able to spawn on the surface. They just are a rather uncommon mob.

As a already rather uncommon Monster Could Use as many Extra chances to spawn it as you can.

I've encountered them on the surface before, so I would have to say no, they aren't.

They only spawn in the underground corrupt desert, and are extremely common, to the point where I usually die within 1-2 minutes of going into the underground desert.

They're Both, Though they are Rare on the surface (A bit more common if a sandstorm is up)

Regarding my playtime though, Having lots of playtime and experince Still doesn't mean they are a "know it all"

Just noting that.

I hadn't even looked at your playtime until you mentioned it. But yeah, I'm aware. I'm still learning new things about the game at 2000 hours.

Well, If you count my time on Mobile and my Time on the non-Steam version I have more around 2000 - 2300 hours.


Glad to see someone who finds the game As much fun as i do.

Sorry for The Misconception, I still am not used to the Upgraded desert.
