Help with Tshock plugins?

hello those who view my post :P i need help to run outdated plugins on my tshock server (2.1). i see other big servers running SEconomy plugin on their server and Essentials+ but when i try to do the -ignoreversion for my server it doesn't work.. Maybe cuz im on windows 10? Please help.

so i use that terrariaserver.exe inside the essentials folder instead of the tshock version i downloaded?
