Money Trough
My wife and I are trying to farm a money trough from the blood zombie statues. We have 15,000+ kills, with no money trough drop.

To clarify, we're not using traps, killing them with summonings.

Are we just getting super unlucky, or do they no longer drop? I keep seeing old posts of people complaining after not getting them from a few hundred kills, to a couple thousand, but we're way beyond that and still no trough.

The Money Trough is a summoning item that temporarily summons a flying pet-like version of the Piggy Bank. It has a 0.5% / 1% (1/200 / 1/100) chance to drop from the Drippler and the Blood Zombie during a Blood Moon, or with a much lower (0.025% (1/4000) / 0.05% (1/2000) ) chance from their statue-spawned versions (regardless of whether a Blood Moon is occuring).

Farm them during the blood moon instead. you will get them faster.

We're doing it both ways. :'C Over 15k kills from statues and around 400 normally.

sounds like a severe case of bad luck. I think I have a spare trough lying around somewhere, but if not I can still help farm them if you want.
