Terraria hotbar cycle unbound

I have just encountered this issue recently,before that everything just went fine as it is but after playing around with some mod packs from tmodloader,i found out that i can no longer scroll in my hot bar and the key binds are set to unbound,i cant set the cycle left or cycle right to my mouse-wheel scroll.So, basically i'm in need of help.

In-game there's a little lock icon near the top of your hotbar. Looks like you clicked that.

Ye I saw the lock icon beside the hotbar.I tried it at both locked and unlocked but it didn't work, i am still unable to cycle through my hotbar.im using tmodloader as I playing terraria with mod packs. I changed it back to normal terraria, but the problem still stayed, unable to cycle through.

Attempted setting the controls to default? There should be a button stating that in the in-game controls menu.

I also had this problem, for me it got solved after quitting the game disable all mods and enable them again. I hope someone finds this usefull.

Sorry to Necro a post, but this came up first in Google.

I bound Cycle left and Cycle right to left and right, then Reset to default and scrolling the hot bar worked again.

old thread but since there's recent activity.. this seems to be related to Cheat Sheet mod. If you open the paint tool to copy/paste blocks it can mess up your hotbar. It can sometimes get fixed by opening the paint tool window again, but not always. Closing the window with the down arrow above the bottom drawer menu seems to prevent the issue for me. Even when I got hotbar scrolling back, when I cast the fishing rod and then click to catch a fish it scrolls automatically one to the left, which is pretty annoying and I have not found a fix for that. Even disabling the mod and reloading didn't help.

That did the trick, was my problem the whole entire time, thanks alot
