Penguin pet?

Anyone know a 1.3.5.3 seed that has a Fish item in it for the penguin pet? I have looted many (many) worlds and still not run across this item.

It's close to the rarity of the seaweed. Which summons the turtle, keep looking you'll find it eventually.

EDIT: Find it in snow biome chests.

The Fish is an item found in the ice cavern biome chests, not by fishing

Yup, what I've been doing. I've now sacked the Ice Biome of 6 different world, and still no Fish. It's almost literally the only Terraria item I don't have.... I will persevere, though! The penguin will be mine....

Uh, I mean, without just going into someone's "I have every item" world and taking it. I mean legit, as long as you believe that having a character cross multiple world isn't itself an illegitimate method. There may be arguments against that viewpoint, but whatever. It's just a game.

I wouldn't consider this illegitimate, as long as they're 100% Fresh worlds, it's literally just farming for said item.

Randomly playing with a friend, he found one, and gave me a copy using a now-defunct item-duping method. I think it was another 5 or so worlds after my initial exploration; I never did get a seed number for a world with it, though, sadly. Good luck. All told, it was about 10 worlds I stripped with no Penguin to show for it, and then a buddy just randomly comes across one in a multiplayer game.... It's a real rarity. I far would prefer farming another Rod of Discord before looking for another Penguin summoning item.
