Hallowed Key

I really need a Hallowed Key (and a Jungle Key, but I don't really need the Piranha Gun). The drop chance is ridiculously low, at 1 in 2500. I'm pretty much completely maxed out in my current game, but I would love to get that sweet, sweet rainbow gun (mostly for the cheevo, you know how it is). If anybody miraculously has a spare Hallowed Key, hit me up.

Gotta love random drop chances. I got 3 crimson keys in one day, but couldn't find a single hallowed key. And I did switch to fighting hallowed enemies, not that it helped.

The way random drops works is that if you need an item, the chance of it dropping is lowered to 10% of its original chance.

That's why I still haven't found a Star Wrath from the Moonlord.

PSA: Non-native enemies can also drop keys, so long as they aren't statue-spawned. Since keys can drop on the surface, you could, say, summon a solar eclipse and fight it in the biome of your choice to farm for the respective key. Water candles and Lihzahrd bricks will help with that.

Best way to farm imo is go to Ocean biome and put lihzard bricks as your platform, a desk with a watercandle and purple/red ice blocks (so you also have a chance of getting a crimson/corruption (depending on ice) key aswell as an Frozen Key AND jungle key because of those big fishes the lihzard bricks are spawning. For hallow you gotta seperate it because hallow cancels corruption/crimson.

Before this i farmed a Frozen Key myself and took 2 to 3 hours and i got tired of it so i just made this farm setup.

I Just got one in the undeground hallow. i was farming for the rod of discord, but got this. i have not defeted plantera yet so i cant use it though
