Molten Armor.

Is it seriously the best f-ing armor before hardcore mode or is there something better I can get out of normal mode? If you're wondering, hardest boss I beat was Skeletron, no wall of flesh, no brain of cthulhu, no destroyer, no queen bee, and DEFINETLY not Moon Lord. if you know a better armor please give this information

It has the highest defense on pre-hardmode, but in my opinion (if you have Crimson on your world) Crimson armor would be better, because of live regeneration.

If you play summoner: Bee
If you play meele: Molten or crimitane
If you don't play classes: Molten or crimitane

Yep. Molten armor is the "best" (defense-wise) armor you can get pre-hardmode.

People have different play styles and will play as they wish. Nobody has to fight someone who dedicated thousands of hours into the game just to be easily outplayed and "proven wrong".

Just get some ranged stuff. I used my water bolt to destroy with my friend who used a minishark with musket balls.

if you have the potions ironskin, regeneration, and archery you should be fine if your using enough armor. Optional potions are nightvision, speed, heartreach, and magicpower.
