Possible to remove marble caves?
If I just pop a few dynamites in a marble cave and destroy all the marble blocks/walls, it will completely prevent Medusas from spawning, right?

Yup , from what I know the marble itself causes them to spawn.

It should work, i know you can blow up spider nests and it will remove their spawns so the marble should work the same way.

Destroying the backwalls will do just fine. The same applies to Granite Biomes, the Underground Desert, and (as Logan said) Spider Caves.

i tried it, it is possible but i had to destroy every single block/wall, so dont give up if it spawns when there is 50 blocks, because normally biomes dont work when there is only like 50 block
