the best pickaxe in pre-hard is Reaver Shark but the best you can get is Silver Pick at your level.

It just might be the best tho. Because very often you go through blocks that bone pickaxe one hits. It barely is worse for blocks that it two hits and waaaay faster at e.g. dirt or mud.

best prehm pickaxe is the molten before that is the crimson or the corruption version before that i suggest changing date and time of your pc to december 25ish and getting presents for the candy cane pickaxe
