Im in a crimson desert, please help

The lamp has a 2.5% chance of dropping https://terraria.gamepedia.com/Desert_Spirit_Lamp , you just have bad luck. Try using a luck potion, and place some Garden Gnomes and Desert Torches to increase your luck. You can also increase the spawn rate by drinking a battle potion and placing water candles. Keep at it, it will drop eventually, it just may take some time.

K ty im still open to other help if possible though.

The only thing you can do to somewhat speed up the process is place a water candle in the area you're farming the spirits and drink a battle potion, both will significantly increase the spawn rate of monsters. Summoning a blood moon will not help as this only affects spawn rates on the surface.

other than that it's complete chance how many spirits spawn, and whether or not they'll drop the lamp. Increasing your luck will improve this chance ever so slightly, but it's a very small difference.
