you only get snowglobe during the christmas event.by opening presents frost moon had nothing to do with frost legion at all. they are 2 total different events.and 2 totally different ways to get them. im not trying to sound rude but dont get out the wrong information it will confuse people in the future.
I got it to to work. Halloween was just activating for 1 day then stopping in the morning so it's w/e
I was not giving your false information, you just misunderstood me.
There are three different events:
1. Christmas Event: Is triggered between 15th and 31th december, but it can also be triggered by beating the Frost Moon event -> https://terraria.gamepedia.com/Christmas
2. Frost Moon: Is triggered by using the Naughty Present at night after beating Plantera. Reaching the end of the Frost Moon (including bonus waves) will unlock one in-game day of Christmas, regardless of the date. -> https://terraria.gamepedia.com/Frost_Moon
3. Frost Legion: Is triggered by using the Snow Globe which can be found in Presents that are dropped during the Christmas Event. Beating the Frost Legion unlocks the Santa NPC who only appears during the Christmas Event -> https://terraria.gamepedia.com/Frost_Legion
Also: The Halloween Event is activated during Obtober 10th to November 1st or by reaching the end of the Pumpkin Moon. So you either beat the Pumpkin Moon or fiddled with the date setting of your computer and thus triggered the event. -> https://terraria.gamepedia.com/Halloween
And yes, it is rude to accuse me of giving out false information, especially when you didn't even bother to read the wiki article I gave you the link for. Every information I gave you is included in the wiki, so I suggest you either read them up yourself the next time or be a bit more considering before being rude to people who spend their free time aswering your questions.

After you beat the Frost Moon, you have one ingame day to collect Presents from enemies to get the Snow Globe and the Santa NPC will move in for one ingame day, but only if you've beaten the Frost Legion first!
READ THE FRIGGING WIKI ARTICES I GAVE YOU! Every single information I gave you is from the official wiki. I don't know what you did with your date settings and why exactly the Halloween Event was triggered but I can guarantee you from personal experience: The Christmas Event is triggered if you beat the Frost Moon.
Again: READ THE WIKI!!!! Everything you need to know about the events and how they are triggered is written there. Read it up yourself if you don't want to believe me.
the article is wrong and i can EASILY prove it. I have beaten frost moon a staggering 16 times on master mode for every item it dropped. I don't need to read it because i would've already experienced 16 + times and over.
maybe dont believe everything u read. the article is either outdated or simply wrong

I did the Frost Moon several times, and EVERY time the Christmas Event was triggered (Version 1.4). Same with the Halloween Event. That's the reason I even KNOW about it. I read it up afterwarts to confirm my suspicion.

I did just reactivate frost moon and still nothing. you couldn't have possibly did it or you'd correct yourself "dumbo" No christmas. no halloween for either event.

Just some advice: The next time you need help with something, don't bother asking anyone, because with that nasty attitude of your's, people will regret instantly even talking to you.
I didn't need help anywhere in this post i already knew how to activate it. the game was glitching and didnt activate it right away. and again if u were paying any attention if u even can. you would realize i said i already did it. did christmas and halloween by changing my date. learn to read
Not on my world or any other. I did the event 16 times. like istated before either its glitching or they changed it either way. I got it done already
and as ive been saying. it didnt happen already completed it 16 times.
