Do meat grinders actually drop from crimson enemies?

I like to spend a lot of time farming the crimson underground in my main world (hard mode, but not expert) and I've killed around 250 of each of floaty gross, crimslime, and herp-a-derplings, although less than 50 crimson axe (they never spawn).

The wiki says 0.5% drop chance, but by that logic I should have gotten around 4 meat grinders, but so far none have dropped. How do I actually get a meat grinder?

That's Gambler's Fallacy at work, there. A 1 in 200 chance does not mean you will get one for every 200.

Just keep grinding away. You'll get it eventually.

It's supposed to make flash blocks for cool crimson-themed houses. Nothing statistically important but I wanted a cool flesh house for my crimson themed character.
