Each summon makes the enemy stronger bit by bit... +30 damage per each summon... At 4 summons it grows from a baby to adult. At 7 summons it becomes an elder.
The only disadvantage it is a ground based summon that only attacks when on the ground.
At the point you can get it you can also get Terraprisma. Which is an a lot stronger summon.
You can also barely afk farm the underground desert thanks to SPirits and worms going through walls.
You are better off learning the EoLs attack pattern and getting a Terraprisma.
Plus there are different types of summons for different ways of playing the game. For flight the Tiger staff is ♥♥♥♥. But you are standing AFK.
If one wants a good summons, Ravens are much better than the Tiger. They also do much more damage and are airborne.
I mean, The Terraprisma is the king of Summons.
This post is old, yes but
Dude, eol is stronger than moon lord in every aspect but health, you arent winning eol until youve done both moons for gear and got all biome chests for it on top of farming plantera and the solar eclipses. The staff is great with my personal combo:
Best skelebro scarab + hercules beetle + necromatic scroll+ summon emblem + post queen bee tiki thing + spooky armor and all customs, the staff is insane
