Adhesive bandage farming

So how do I farm this thing? There must be a better way than waiting for a full moon and killing werewolves. I already tried that with water candle and battle potion, and I only got 2 moon charms.

So it's either waiting for few hours for the next full moon, or going underground and hoping for the angler fish to spawn AND drop the bandage with 1% chance.

The dungeon way is not an option on my world since there is only a little bit of slab walls in the bottom left corner and they are even rarer than angler fish.

I seriously consider creating a series of expert worlds and choose the one with most slab walls to progress into hardmode, and farm the rusty armored bones there, but I came here for suggestions.
Like, is there a warewolf statue, or angler fish statue? If yes, then can enemies generated this way drop bandages?

Either find an area with slab walls in your dungeon and make a rusty armored bones farm, or make a large body of water somewhere in the underground for anglerfish.

There are quite a few large ponds in my underground jungle, but the angler fish spawns rarely. There are mostly piranhas and arapaimas.

If I build outside of the jungle, will it make the angler fish to be more likely to spawn?

I have built large pool on surface, of course in Jungle biome. Angler Fishes are more common, but still these long cut offs are the most common thing. Killed many of Angler Fishes, but no result at all. I don't know if being underground or on surface makes a difference for drop.
