Huh?

Flairon is amazing, Snowman Cannon is insanely powerful, arguably better than the Celebration, Horseman's Blade is the weapon of choice for semi-AFK farming, and the Spectre Staff is a pretty shiny weapon.

Also Chloro Bullets are devastating.

When you release the fire button they will track the nearest enemy, those are basically your only options for that type of weapon pre-harmode.

Other option is to get better at aiming.

Just go to the CLass set up page on the Wiki and you would know what you can obtain preSkeletron :) The Wiki is your best friend if you actually use it :P
