I CHOPPED DOWN EVERY TREE IN A LARGE WORLD!!!
I finally did it. I chopped every tree in a large (crimson) world. Here are the stats!
Enjoy!

(also, it's pre hardmode so no hallow)

The world had a whopping 9134 normal wood.
2330 shadewood.
1789 boreal wood.
1669 rich mahogany.
765 acorns.
And finally, just 15 palm wood.

That's a grand total of 14937 wood in a large world. Wow.

In Fact....

- With a little division, for every 20 wood you will get 1 acorn when chopping a tree.

- 61% of wood is normal, 15% of wood is shadewood, 12% of wood is boreal, 11% of wood is rich mahogany, and 0.1004% of wood is palm.

- If you chopped down every tree, replanted all 765 acorns, and then chopped the new trees down, you would have roughly have 11426805 wood total. That's over 1 million.

- To continue, if you did have 11426805 wood, you would have 5713402 acorns.

- If you purified all of the crimson and the shadewood trees, 76% of the world's trees would be normal trees.

- If you turn the jungle into crimson, 27% of the world's trees would be shadewood.

- Finally, if you purified all the land into a normal forest biome, 100% of the world's trees would be normal. It would also make the dryad very happy. :)

Thank you so much for reading all this if u did! All this took was a large world, a lot of patience, and a google calculator. If you want to see it for yourself, add me and I might let you see the world that now has no trees. (that i cut down)

Shame on you for commentin about something I have never heard about, and by that makin me google it
You've missed out an important point - the drop rate of acorns depends on what trees you're chopping. Forest gives a high acorn rate, Shade, Boreal, and Palm much lower, and Mahogany none.

ALSO:

- did you check the Underground Jungle for choppable trees?
- did you check the Underground Jungle for giant trees built out of Living Wood blocks?
- did you check the Surface for giant Living Trees?
- did you raid all the cabins in the entire map & take their wood?

Wow you have no life but I must say the only hard thin you did was the math cuz cutting down a whole world trees doesn't take over 30 mins

the acorn drops depending on what tree it is is a false rumor. no evidence
