UI is too Small in MacOS Catalina

I'm trying to play this game on my macbook pro with MacOS Catalina but the UI is ridiculously small no matter the resolution

There is a setting in-game for scaling of the UI. Had this issue as well.

Stupid question maybe, but WHERE is this setting? I clicked through all menus.

In a world... Setting -> General -> UI Scaling on the right hand side.
