Question about accessory slots

We used to be able to put accessories in the social slot and just right click to quickly switch between two different setups, but it's no longer working. Has that been patched out? I took one of my accessories out of the social slot and I can no longer put it back on the social slot.

only accesories that work as vanity can go in the vanity accesory slot

You need seeible accesorys to put into vanity if you cant see them they can't go there.

That will still work pretty much flawless.
Angler Armor in vanity
Tackle Bag can be placed in vanity

And for Building the Gizmo Pack can be placed in the vanity slot.

Was it a bug though? I thought it was intended to be a secondary accessory place-holder for fast load swaps, especially considering you can't see most accessories anyways.

it actually was supposed to just be for vanity.

You can see almost all if not all accessories. And not, it was not intended. They were vanity slots.

Provide any evidence of "VANITY" slots being made to store more equipment. Let me guess, there is none?
It was a feature to have stuff you want to be displayed on your character. Never a feature to get 5 other accessories and swap them all the time.

Also sure, all the QoL changes made in 1.4 cleary don't mean ♥♥♥♥ because some people cry about exploits.

How is it an exploit? its been in the game for god knows how long and if they were used for only vanity how come you could and still can put accsesories in there???

the weird part to me is that a lot of accessories happen to be seeable, many with actual effects, which just lead to some helpful accessories being able to go into the vanity slot, and some that can not for no real reason
