I found Cultist being a real pushover.
Fishron is difficult unless you cheese him with a teleport arena. Then he becomes a 5 minutes press LMB+D boss.
Tbh I also would rank Twins over Skeletron Prime.
1. Brain of Cthulhu
2. King Slime
3. Golem
4. Eye of Cthulhu
5. Lunatic Cultist
6. Queen Bee
7. Eater of Worlds
8. Wall of Flesh
9. Queen Slime
10. Skeletron
11. Destroyer
12. Skeletron Prime
13. Plantera
14. The Twins
15. Duke Fishron
16. Empress of Light
17. Moon Lord
My reasoning for each:
Brain - If you have a weapon with any knockback at all, it's stupidly easy to never get hit. Even I can nohit Brain and I'm garbage at the game. The real danger is the spiders that spawn nearby and destroy you.
King - It's baby's first boss, not much else to say. Grab some hermes boots and you just don't get hit.
Golem - It's Golem
Eye - Another boss that can be beaten by walking in a straight line, but this one is able to get pot shots off on you
Cultist - Really, really easy to dodge
Bee - Very predictable, and Shield of Cthulhu can just phase through her charges (her only source of actual dangerous damage)
Eater - The projectile spam is madness, but not TOO difficult to deal with. the flail buff made this fight much less painful.
Wall - Beenades trivialize WoF just as much as ever, but the lasers still hit for a metric ton, and all the hungry can be difficult to mow through
Queen Slime - Her minions are the real boss, without a decent pair of wing it's a painful fight
Skeletron - Slappy hands hit hard and the DPS check is even harder to surpass than before
Destroyer - It's like eater but he has minions, stupid amounts of health, and lots of damage. With no more cheese (Holy Daedalus combo nerf) it's a fight that you actually have to prepare for a lot. Even more of a dps check than Skeletron.
Prime - It's Skeletron but he hits harder and has higher health, it's a royal pain. Less of a dps check now and more of a dodging competence check
Plantera - It just hits hard and has a lot of stuff to avoid, not quite as difficult as the rest of the bosses as far as dodging is concerned, but you're definitely dead if you mess up.
Twins - Chip damage, the fight. I don't know if I'm just retarded, but retinazer always blasts me down while I'm focused of spazmatism. It's much more difficult to keep up with two somewhat weaker bosses than it is to keep up with one big boss that has some minions.
Duke - It's the fastest boss in the game beside Moon Lord
Empress - Projectile spam and very difficult to hit without a homing weapon. Probably my favorite fight but she frequently kicks my ass.
Moon Lord - If you don't have Rod of Discord you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥

The few outliers that people might disagree with...
5. Just make a map wide minecart track. you'll have a Mechanical cart and chloro bullets and all you do is just keep outrunning her til shes dead.
8. Same as Empress, although he takes far longer. A minecart track or teleport arena lets you deal with him pretty easy. And his drops let you destroy mechanical bosses who are normally stupid tough.
13. You need to make an arena with her and probably a melee set using a death scythe to really deal with her. otherwise its going to hurt.
14-16 If you don't cheese duke, these guys are a real progression blocker with Destroyer being the hardest to deal with due to his constant 100+ hits.
Interesting that you find the mechs to be the hardest bosses in the game, what class would you normally use for them?
You might as well want to differentiate between solo and multiplayer since all the bosses are a completely different experience depending on your class and if you're doing MP
2. EoW
3. Queen Bee. Tbh took me a few attempts due to unlucky shots from her and being a noob with SoC, never used the dash because went past that games stage before it was introduced.
4. BoC. Took me a few attempts. The minions are annoying and him phasing around vound to hit you.
5. WoF The fact that you can die one or two times to the boss makes it trivial.
6. Golem. Probably the one I had least issues with.
7. Cultist. Was easy. Fly around and Razorblade him.
8. Duke Fishron. Did him pre-Plantera by building a 4 teleporters arena. It was trivial. Running and shooting Chlorophyte for 5 minutes.
9. Skeletron Prime. I did him last so I was prepared. he was quite easy. Flying around and shooting him.
10. Twins. My 2nd Mech boss. Was okay with the Black Spot, died a couple of times to them.
11. Plantera. After bombing a large arena you simply fly around her. Hits you like ass though.
12. Twins. My 2nd Mech boss. Was okay with the Black Spot, died a couple of times to them.
13. Destroyer. God, I choose him to be my first mech. I suffered. Much. Daedalus is okay, but what makes it hard is the ridiculous laser spam.
14. Empress is just hard. Fought her at day exclusively. Nailed after like 30 attempts.
15. Have yet to beat ML, assume I need a RoD.
dude get a cross necklace and join it with a star cloak and this list will almost flip on itself the destroyed is by far the easiest to kill of the mechs
You forget Eoc?
Whatever drops you get from fish. The issue with the mechanical bosses is that they have so much hp and start of hardmode gear has a lack of defense and damage. Before you'd just use Daed on a sky arena to cheese destroyer, get your hallowed stuff, and cheese the other two bosses but you can't do that in master mode. Literally any post mechanical boss weapon in your hands though and they go from being difficult to very easy just due o the sheer power spike those give you.
Funnily enough, Skeletron Prime if you can do some pierce and can dodge the hands is the easiest of the mechanical bosses because he hasn't changed at all besides more damage.
1. King Slime
2. Eater of Worlds
3. Lunatic Cultist
4. Skeletron Prime
Note: these first 4 I defeated on my first try.
5. Eye of Cthulu
6. Golem
7. Twins
8. Queen Bee
9. Skeletron
10. Destroyer
11. Queen Slime
12. Brain of Cthulu
13. Wall of Flesh
14. Moon Lord
15. Empress of Light(Specifically Daytime no hit. 64 attempts)
16. Plantera.......OMG Plantera. 4-5 hours to beat her. I was mentally keeping track of how many times it took me to down bosses. I lost count once the frustration got to critical levels.
Cant really say for Fishron. The summon from Empress + chaingun with chloro bullets just ended him in seconds. I usually have trouble with him, so I only imagine I would have on master as well, if Terraprism wasn't so stupidly strong.
Yeah, Eye of Cthulhu
