How To Do Pixel Art?

I want to do a pixel art in my world using the blocks but I haven't been able to find a picture converter that shows a full picture of the measurement that I need, does anyone have a good picture converter that I don't need to download?

I know one project that allows you to convert an image into terraria blocks. However, initially I conceived this project for art on the map. Anyway, you can find me on github and the project is called pixelart creator.

This is a custom script, so you can’t hope for a flawless work, but you can do art similar to those that I post.

To tell the truth, I'm going to do a very big update after the exams, so the script will be further developed and updated.
