These were my liquid generators pre 1.4, I recently tested them to find that they are currently net neutral with the water generator still functional but being slower than normal. There's probably some tweaks one could make here or there, but I currently don't have the desire to attempt it right now. I probably will try to fix them after I get further along in my journey mode, master difficulty playthrough (trying to 100% dupe all items).
Pumps are to transport water now they fixed bug, but to make generate infinite water you can use the new wet bombs lava bombs and honey bombs it's very easy to get them just some fishing and after u get one the demolinist npc sell then very cheap for you.

I'm not sure if the pyramid style waterfall still works to multiply water did not test yet
Pyramid multiplier still works. The only change is the way the blocks are when the water falls. B/c they are much faster now it makes the whole process very difficult to do. I see why they did it for lag, etc. but it definitely changed the way I duplicate liquids.
I like Journey so far but skipping progression and being able to mine blocks forever away from me, while cool, sort of eliminates any feeling of finally being able to handle the world from lowly beginnings. Probably use journey for a quick jump in and test ideas mode and classic for most of my games since Journey feels like easy mode built on easy mode. I know you can turn it on / off but I will probably still stick to classic mode.
Yeah, mine had pumps and wiring, but the outlet pumps no longer pump extra liquid compared to the intake I think now.
This seems like a good method, but I was hoping for one that doesn't involve money in the game cause I have very bad luck on reforges and tend to be very broke lol.
I would use the bucket method, but I don't like the amount of space it takes up for what I would like to build on my main world, and also the lag it causes for me really sucks lol. I am playing on classic mode as well, so I can understand that haha.
