The 49% on your weapon is likely after several bonuses since, unless that page is outdated, which is possible, nothing has that kind of base crit chance.

I use megashark. so its strange.
Thats what I think, that weapon and/or ammo shows my total crit stats
4% (Megashark's Base Chance)
+7% (Vortex Head)
+12% (Vortex Body)
+8% (Vortex Legs)
+10% (Sniper Scope)
= 41% Crit chance
Assuming you have 2 'Lucky' Accessories, that would give you the 49% you see on the Gun.
I assume the weapon's modifier comes after that, so your crit chance should be 54%.
In short, your Crit chance should be what is displayed on the Weapon itself. The game has done the maths for you.
