Ocean Pylon help?

I'm a little lost right now. Currently my server has 2 pylons successfully up - the forest and desert. Theoretically speaking, everything should be working to get the Ocean Pylon as well. I've got the Angler, the Stylist, and the Party Girl living in the Ocean Biome. Speaking to them confirms they're all happy as can be. I know the Angler doesn't sell things, but neither the Party Girl nor Stylist are selling the Pylon even though the Wiki says both of them can sell one. And neither of them have a full inventory. I'm not sure what else exactly I'm missing.

Move the party girl away, then talk to the stylist. There's some wonkiness regarding happiness detection with having 3+ NPC's in an area.

You may need to wait till the party girl leaves the area.

Once you ahve the pylon, you can move the party girl back though.

odd, i had the angler and the golf npc live in the ocean biome, then the golf npc sold me the ocean pylon lol

Any NPC that has a shop inventory can sell any pylon. What matters is fullfuling the happiness condition.

Of the NPC's OP had, Party girl + Angler doesn't give enough happiness; At least it didnt for me. I had to get the Stylist and pair her with the Angler to get mine- So that's what i suggested the OP do. :D
