The 4 closest things to a vanilla teleport "Command" are:

Recall Potions (Teleports to Player Spawn, Faster than the mirrors/Cell Phone, but consumable.)
Magic/Ice Mirrors and Cell Phone (Teleports to player's spawn location; Infinite uses)
Teleportation Potions (Teleports the player to a random position on dry land (and in water)
Wormhole Potions (MULTIPLAYER EXCLUSIVE: Teleports the user to a selected player on the same color team on the world. Consumable)

Unfortunately (as i know atm) there is no typeable teleport command as of 1.3.5.3 They CAN be used on servers running TShock, but the base game has no teleport command. (It makes sense, as there isn't a "Creative Mode" in the game.)

well journey mod is being added, also another close thing is pylons, which will be added in 3 days
