Eater of Worlds. It's one of the original bosses, and the best of them. Just the design. The splitting segments and the worm AI are so unique, and I think the original fight is so much more impactful the first time you play through the game. Destroyer's cool and all, but I think the splitting segments just give the boss this strong sense of progress that definitely makes it the most satisfying to defeat. Other bosses are all good, but I just think EoW was the most original since all the rest tend to float around and shoot things. (WoF is also kinda' unique in that regard, but he doesn't sell that feeling that the fight gets more intense with time.)

Plantera brings the vibe of "Little Shop of Horrors". I love how a plant can go from beautiful to poisonous. Has a very simple nice side to her like Retinazer and Spazmatsim, But can unlock her true killer side like a mutated Venus flytrap. Plus her design and the plant hooks as she crawls on the jungle wall. Really got me as a teen when she came to be in Terraria.
