Well it looks legit enough and he's not asking for money or credit card info, just a signature. It's hard to picture this being a scam. Still, I think a little more research other than just this one posting might be in order just to be sure this is real.

UPD Earlier Redigit has said he can`t open sourse Otherworld because of legal issues. Maybe something changed or he is just trolling. Anyway i think we should try.
