I personally like to use the clentainator with blue solution from the truffle and turn a section of the underground jungle to glowing mushroom biome and use battle potions/water candles and a life form analyzed to hunt them

If u assign the dryad to a surface mushroom biome house, it'll actually sell mushroom seeds, which is really useful in building a truffle worm farm. Buy around 10 stacks of them, and stack building layers of long runways with mud. Then plant the mushroom seeds of them. Make sure to place watercandles and drink battle potions if possible. The rate of truffle worm spawn is pretty promising; I often get 2 truffle worms/7 min
